Get ready for an evening of chocolatey fun! Guests will begin the evening with a fondue lightly infused with mild, dried chilies accompanied by a variety of delicious dippers, followed by a pavlova cup filled with fermented fruit and chocolate ganache. While enjoying our first two courses, guests will learn to make the final dessert: a triple toasted vanilla ice cream with brownie crisps. A passionfruit and ginger mocktail will also be provided for sipping or mixing with BYOB fare.
