🧭 Route: Usually around Malvern & Brueton Park. But on 1st Sunday of every month, we walk around Tudor Grange Park so that anyone who wishes, can join the PEACHY run club at 09:45.
🏃 On 1st Sun of each month (this run), we walk around Tudor Grange Park so that Striders can join the Peachy run club (kid friendly) from 09:45 if they wish.
💚 Super friendly & casual feel-good walk for anyone generally interested in health / wellness / fitness / personal development / business.
What a way to gently wake up up the body on a Sunday morning! Fresh air, a coffee in hand perhaps, connecting with like-minded individuals 🫶
