About this Event
Make new friends, and learn to weave your own handbag!
This isn’t your typical craft night - definitely not a "sit in silence, work on your project, and leave without talking to anyone" type of event.
This is a craft and social event with a twist!
Join us and learn to make your very own handbag, from start to finish - no experience needed as it’s easy and we’ll show you how to weave it step-by-step.
The night will be complete with drinks and our signature icebreakers and connection activities to get you talking, laughing, and actually getting to know everyone - you won't just be weaving quietly on your own.
Zero weaving experience required. Zero awkward "I don't know anyone here" energy allowed.
It’s ok if you come alone or if you're shy or introverted - we’ve got you!
The night (& your ticket) includes:
- All materials and step-by-step instructions/guidance to weave your own handbag, which you will keep
- A drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink)
- Facilitated icebreakers and connection games designed to spark real conversations so you get to know everyone
Whether you're new to the city, experienced at crafting, new to crafting, or just tired of small talk that goes nowhere, this one's for you.
You’ll leave with new, real connections and a handbag that you’ll be proud to show off!
*The bags come in kits and each one has a different pattern - come early so you can choose your preferred one - first come, first served!
