Sip, Dip & Kick is a community wellness event designed to make wellness feel approachable, social and actually fun.
We’re taking over Bangers Football Club for a morning packed with hands-on wellness experiences, movement, recovery, local businesses, music, food, drinks and some things you probably wouldn't expect to find at a wellness event.
