What to Expect

Sip & Swap Social is more than just a clothes swap, it’s the ultimate girls night, combining fashion, socialising, and feel-good energy in one space.

• A chance to meet new people, connect, and leave with something you love
• Giveaways & raffle prizes
• A super relaxed, social atmosphere (perfect if you fancy a girls’ night that’s a little bit different)

How It Works?

1. Bring up to 8 good-quality items (clothes, shoes, or accessories) you no longer wear.
2. You’ll receive tokens for each item you bring. (See token system rules)
3. Use your tokens to “shop” from everyone else’s pieces and refresh your wardrobe…completely free!
4. Sip, chat, and browse at your own pace.
5. Don’t have many items to bring to the swap? Don’t worry! There will be a chance to purchase tokens (at a low cost) during the event if you find items you want but don’t have enough tokens.

How Our Token System Works 🎟️

Items are awarded tokens based on their brand, quality and overall value. This is a guide to help you decide what to bring:

• 1 token: Fast fashion brands (e.g. Shein, Primark, Temu)
• 2 tokens: High-street brands (e.g. Zara, H&M, Mango, Next)
• 3 tokens: Designer or high-end brands (e.g. Reiss, AllSaints, designer labels)

Please note: these categories are a guide rather than a strict rule. The condition, quality and value of each item will also be considered, and our team will make the final decision when you drop off your items.

What you can Bring...

To keep the swap enjoyable for everyone, we ask all guests to bring up to 8 high-quality items that you’d genuinely be excited to swap for.

Please ensure your items are:

✨ In excellent condition (no marks, stains, or bobbling)
✨ Clean and ready to wear
✨ On-trend or timeless pieces you’d pass on to a friend

🚫 Please do NOT bring:

• Worn-out or heavily used items
• Outdated styles that are unlikely to be re-worn
• Items you wouldn’t personally choose to take home
