First Course:
PEI smoked cheddar and potato soup with lobster fritters and fresh chives
Second Course:
PEI smoked ham and scallop petit quiche with herb cream
Third Course:
Stuffed Blue dot PEI beef slowly braised in red wine jus with truffled mashed potatoes, butternut squash and French beans
Fourth Course:
Red velvet cake with strawberry culis and raspberry truffle
