Sip & Paint with M London: AlchemHer Wellness Launch

AlchemHer CIC is proud to announce the launch of our in-person wellness series. We are kicking things off with an afternoon of "Creative Therapy" at the beautiful Ivy Space in Nunhead.

This isn’t just a painting class; it’s a sanctuary. Designed specifically for women, this event is a dedicated space to exhale, connect with others, and celebrate your resilience. Whether you are a survivor of life’s challenges or simply in need of a soulful reset, you belong here.

Hosted by the vibrant Melissa Hurst (@sipandpaint_mlondon), you will be guided through a 3-hour painting session set to an uplifting soundtrack of Afrobeats, R&B, and Reggae.

No experience is necessary. We provide everything you need to create your own take-home masterpiece. Melissa’s unique approach focuses on self-love and the "flow" of the brush, making it the perfect environment to quiet the mind and find your inner artist.

• All Art Supplies: Professional canvas, paints, brushes, and an apron.
• Refreshments: Delicious light bites and grazing snacks available throughout the afternoon.
