Sip & Paint: South Asian Masterpieces with Art Rickshaw
Spend your Sunday afternoon in East London painting, having a drink, and making something beautiful with good people.
This relaxed Sip & Paint session is hosted by Art Rickshaw, a mother-daughter creative collective born in Kolkata and now growing in London. The workshop will be fully guided step by step by a local artist, so you do not need any painting experience at all.
We’ll have a selection of reference images to work from, including paintings inspired by artists such as Jamini Roy, and we’ll share a little about the different styles and artists as we go. If you’d rather do your own thing, that’s completely fine too - you’re very welcome to paint whatever you like.
Come on your own or with friends. The idea is simple: a slow, social Sunday afternoon with painting, conversation, and a bit of community-building in the heart of East London.

- all painting materials
- easels and aprons
- one drink from the bar
- step-by-step guidance throughout
Included drink options: one draught beer, a medium glass of house wine, or a single house spirit with mixer.
