About this Event
Here is your permission slip to slow down, show up, and have a little fun.
First, we flow. Move, breathe, and shake off the week with intention. No experience required. No pressure to look a certain way. Just you, your breath, and good company.
Then we pour. We gather around featured wines and dig into the good stuff together. Where is it from? Who made it? What is the story in the glass, the land, the people, the history, the culture? You will walk out knowing how to find bottles like it on your own, so you can shop and sip smarter.
This month, in honor of Halloween, we'll explore a wine and candy pairing featuring three wines and your favorite sweet bites. Start your festive day off strong!
Sip & Flow is hosted on the last Saturday of every month at special locations across the DMV. On October 31st, we'll explore a mid-paced power flow, allowing movement to bring peace to the mind and nervous system as we stretch and strengthen the body.
