Somewhere between the shopping, hosting, wrapping, traveling, and making everything magical for everyone else, you fall off your own list. Holiday Exhale is a chance to put yourself back on it.
We'll start with guided mindfulness and gentle breathwork to quiet the noise, settle into your body, and actually breathe. Then we'll ease into a relaxed social hour with zero-proof mocktails from Free Life. It's time to connect with other women, laugh, and linger, without rushing off or taking care of anyone.
No experience needed. Nothing to prepare for or be good at. Come with a girlfriend, come by yourself, come tired.
This isn't another thing on your holiday to-do list. It's a break from it.
