Find the registration link on www.bdutch.orgSinterklaas in Houston was first organized in 2012 by a group of Dutch/Belgium moms at a church location in the Energy Corridor of Houston. Over the years the event has moved to schools and other locations but always organized by groups of moms. After Covid, the Dutch Heritage and Culture Foundation picked up the task to gather the organizing committee and support the event. This event is family focused and is a good network event for the Dutch speaking community in the Greater Houston area. Sinterklaas comes with his helpers and you can visit him in a living room setting. There is many activities like crafts, sports, puppet theater and special 'Sinterklaas' games. Of course, pepernoten, bitterballen and poffertjes will be served.
