About this Event
Join Chef Zach and the Sinta team for an intimate, 7-course Filipino tasting menu experience hosted at Agency Cocktail Lounge.
This isn't your typical dinner out. Set around a communal table limited to just 12 guests per seating, the evening is as much about connection as it is about food. Chef Zach steps out of the kitchen to serve you personally, sharing the family stories, travels, and Filipino culinary traditions that inspired each course — with professional precision and a whole lot of heart.
