Looking for a fresh way to meet people without the usual small talk over drinks at a bar? This private, hands-on sushi class doubles as a social mixer for singles ages 26 to 39. Part class, part connection, all social.
Meet Your Host
After eight weeks of rating and reviewing singles events across Tampa Bay, Aimee of @sweetlifewithaimee realized the best connections happen when people are learning something together. So she created an event that pairs a new skill with new people, and since everyone here loves sushi, you'll already have something in common before the first roll.
The Experience
The evening kicks off with a quick icebreaker to get everyone talking before you head to the sushi rolling station for a 2-hour sushi class led by Chef Princess Sims of Cooking With Ms Princess.
You'll learn real rolling technique with fresh tuna, shrimp, salmon, and crab, plus mushrooms, asparagus, carrots, and cucumbers for anyone who prefers a non-fish option. Once the rolling wraps up, stick around for dessert and mingling to keep the conversations going.

- Ages 26 to 39 only; ID required. We will turn away guests outside the age range, and no refund will be issued.
- This is an alcohol free event; beverages are provided.
