In this Event:
Some days, your energy is low, and the idea of a hard workout feels like too much. This workshop is for those days.
In this 1-hour experience, you’ll be guided through gentle, easy-to-do movements designed to help you feel less stiff, more mobile, and more supported in your body. There’s no pushing, forcing, or “powering through.” Instead, you’ll learn how small, intentional movements can help your body feel better without draining the energy you don’t have.
This workshop is about learning how to move with your body, not against it; especially on days when rest, care, and compassion matter most.
We’ll end with a calming, guided progressive relaxation to help your nervous system settle, your muscles release, and your body fully reset. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and supported than when you arrived.
No prior experience is needed. All bodies are welcome. Movements will be adaptable, and rest is always an option.
