About this Event
New Year’s Eve doesn’t have to be loud. Sometimes it feels good to pause, reconnect with your body and reflect on the year that’s coming to a close. On 31 December, join us at Yogic Escape in Berlin-Friedrichshain for the Sylvester Cacao Ceremony and Release. The gathering includes a cacao ceremony, guided Me-to-Me body scanning, free-form ecstatic dance and a restorative sound journey. Take time to release what you’re ready to leave behind, welcome what’s next and set clear intentions for the year ahead.
What We'll Do
01
Intention Setting
Participants are encouraged to set personal intentions for the ceremony, focusing on areas of life where healing or guidance is desired. A shared ritual that creates space for connection, self-awareness and setting an intention.
02
Me-to-Me meditation and body scan
A guided somatic practice inviting you to notice your body and sensations with care.
03
Release Ecstatic dance
Free movement without choreography or judgement—you’re welcome to move in whatever way feels right for you.
04
Integration & Sharing
After the ceremony, participants are encouraged to share their experiences and insights, helping to integrate the healing process into their daily lives.
05
Sound healing Medicine
A sound experience with bowls, chimes and drum to support relaxation and stillness.
