In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn a dynamic silk fan choreography to an excerpt of the song “River” by Bishop Briggs. This workshop will teach several silk fan grips, movement pathways, weaves, and body wraps. By the end of the workshop, participants will have learned several fun skills they can use in their personal practice!Participants can borrow fans at the studio or bring their own. The warm-up and technique in this workshop involve significant shoulder and wrist mobilization.
