About this Event
A 30-minute silent tea ceremony to reset the middle of your day.
After a short greeting, you'll enter the tea space and receive tea. With a quiet mind you can simply be present and observe your own thoughts, as in any meditation practice, or take in the ceremony with all your senses. After one or two more steeps, the ceremony closes with a bowl of pure water served back to you. A final bow, and you step back into your day.
This season Mindy is pouring pu-erh in a simple, ancient gong fu style. Everything is provided. No tea experience needed - just arrive a few minutes early and come as you are.
