Surrounded by cool breezes, rich woodland aromas, and the quiet beauty of late fall, this journey encourages inner peace as we prepare for the slower rhythms of winter.
This is more than a hike - it's a guided journey into presence, connection, and calm. We'll begin our journey with gentle grounding, breathing, and mindful movement before setting out together in silence along the trail. Along the way, we will pause for brief mindful moments to deepen your awareness of nature, your body, and your breath...weaving in other mindfulness activities during more extended stops. We will close with optional sharing and connection with community!
