Silent Disco Run & Rave + Sober Festival 🎧 FREQUENSEA FEST A sober Friday night out, unlike any other in SWFL 🎧🌊
We start by chasing a DJ on a Cybertruck through the streets in silent disco headphones. Then we arrive together at FREQUENSEA FEST, a conscious festival of movement, wellness and community.
No alcohol. Just music, real connection and your people. Friendly for all ages and fitness levels 💛
