By Utilizing the native & fostered plants, shrubs, trees & flowers of Northern Californias ancestral homelands tended by the Nisenan/Southern Maidu, Plains, Valley, Coastal Miwok and Southern Pomo peoples. By intentionally placing and imprinting the leaves, berries & flowers of these plants onto natural fiber textiles. With the help of earthen metal salt, water and fire to cook the plants & imprint color, shape, pattern, design, aroma, and medicinal properties into the fibers of the textile at hand. Creating a colorful piece of cloth, seeping with medicinal pigments and molecules. To then adorn yourself or your space with these specific plant impressions. Using low toxicity low impact materials and processes for harmonious land tending practices

Workshop fee includes a small organic fibre cloth to dye. More natural fibre silhouettes will be available for purchase, as well as the option to dye more than one item or to use a $10 credit for a larger silhouette available.
