Sierra Medical Center welcomes expecting families to our prenatal education classes, hosted by experienced local nurses. All classes are free to attend.

Pelvic Floor Considerations for Birth and Postpartum: This class covers birth prep and postpartum recovery from a pelvic floor physical therapist’s perspective. During the class, you will learn about preparations for labor and delivery through postpartum, when you are ready to return to regular activities.

Class sizes vary by topic to ensure adequate time for questions and learning. Only one ticket is needed for both the expecting mom and one accompanying support person.
