The DRESS CODE IS "ISSA COSTUME PARTY" so come correct, pull up with ya crew and meet us at Shuga Shack!*Shuga Shack is an ode to an incredible and nostalgic piece of art by the late and great Ernie Barnes that was painted from a childhood memory. You might have grown up with a rendition of this painting in your family home.
