Shuffling History: The Origin of Tarot

Come along with The Warrior Sisters on a historical and visual journey from the courtly household cards of the Italian Renaissance to the Modern Era. Join us for a night of art and discovery as we explore the card game that transformed into one of the most widely recognized forms of illustration, symbolism, and divination this brief history of Tarot.

Before and after the presentation two artists will have their art available for purchase. We will hear briefly about their work and how they draw inspiration from Tarot as well.
