Cygnet’s Shuck Yeah! shifts into high gear for race weekend with a special collaboration between two Australian-born brands, QT and Tasmania’s award-winning LARK Distillery. From 5.30pm to 8.30pm, guests can enjoy freshly shucked French oysters for just S$1++ each, paired with two LARK whisky cocktails: The Boulevarde, made with Devil’s Storm, and the Pit Lane Highball, featuring Fire Trail. Australian passport holders get an extra race-week perk, with their first The Boulevarde cocktail on the house.
