Event Overview

Shuck, Sip & Sustain is an intimate wine and oyster tasting experience bringing together community members, supporters, and partners for an evening of flavor and purpose.

Designed as a boutique tasting event, guests will enjoy thoughtfully paired wines, fresh raw oysters, and chef-crafted stew samplings in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. With space for 75 guests, this gathering is intentionally limited to create a personal and engaging experience.

More than a tasting, this evening supports SLICE 325’s mission to expand access to preventive health education, sustainable food practices, and community-based wellness programming. Funds raised will directly support nutrition education classes, creative sustainability workshops, and outreach initiatives that strengthen local families and communities.
