Vendor Registration is now open for the 2026 Shrewsbury Holiday Bazaar: Registration Application and additional information are available at shrewsburymo.gov/craftfair.The fees are $45 for a booth with no table (bring your own), $50 for a booth with a 6ft table, and $55 for a booth with an 8ft table. Limited quantities of tables are available. Electric access is an additional $5. Booth spaces measure 8ft x 6ft. Tables are 3ft wide. Chairs will be provided. Vendors who request a provided table (6ft or 8ft) will receive first priority for booth placement in the gym. Consolidating rented tables in one area allows for a smoother setup process for our staff and helps protect the gym floor by limiting the number of outside tables brought into the space. Vendors are welcome to bring additional furniture/fixtures as long as all items fit within the footprint of their booth. This is an indoor event taking place in the Shrewsbury City Center (5200 Shrewsbury Ave).
