Deep in the shadow of the Chief, where ocean air collides with granite walls, SHONE the band was forged. This tight four-piece, led by singer-guitarist Shone Harcourt, crafts original rock that feels like a late-night tear up the Sea to Sky: raw, urgent, and drenched in coastal salt. Their debut album Inside Out (March 2025) is eight tracks of unfiltered Pacific Northwest heart—from the full-throttle kick of “Here We Go” to the brooding menace of “Spider in a Jar” and the slow-burn ache of “Choices.” Live, SHONE, are unstoppable. They’ve owned Squamish festivals under wide-open skies, turned house parties into chaotic singalongs, rattled the rafters of Vancouver’s Gastown second-floor rooms, and left every stage buzzing long after last call.
