2027 is the next edition of the Shires and Spires multi terrain half marathon, this year it's clockwise. A break from the usual road half marathons with better scenery and the bonus of a little bit of trail running in the mix. A different challenge to 2026 and your chance to decide which is easier! The race forms part of the Shires and Spires Event - 5 distances, 10K, 1/2 Marathon, 3/4 Marathon, Marathon and Ultra Marathon - all single loops starting and finishing in the same place, the beautiful village of Naseby.
