🌿 Shinrin Yoku: Forest Therapy Certification7-Hour Immersive Training | SHINE Ohio
Shinrin Yoku — often translated as “forest bathing” — is a Japanese healing modality rooted in intentional immersion in nature.
Originally developed in response to rising stress, burnout, and technology overload, decades of research now support what many people intuitively feel:
Nature changes us.
It slows the nervous system.
Restores clarity.
Supports emotional well-being.
And reconnects us to something deeper than constant stimulation.
