About this Event
The Empowered Living Programme is for women to rebuild confidence, develop skills, and move forward positively after experiencing domestic abuse. The supported programme includes Bengali and Arabic assistance.
Programme Structure
Week 1–3: Personal Development (Growth Mindset)
Goal-setting, self-belief, overcoming limiting beliefs, communication, emotional well-being, healthy relationships, and boundaries.
Week 4–6: Digital Skills
Learn essential tech skills for everyday life and work in a friendly, supportive environment.
Week 7–8: Employability Skills
CV & cover letters, job searching, networking, interviews, and online job portals.
Week 9–10: Business Start-Up
Turn an idea into a plan, branding, promotion, budgeting, and next steps.
Plus: 3 monthly follow-up sessions to support progress, motivation, and next steps.
