Following every Friday thereafter—throughout the month of March—the Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library will play host to talented artists, of which include famed names Joyce Cobb, and come from acclaimed acts such as the Memphis Central High School Band.
To compliment the tunes, tasty food and beverages will be available for purchase, provided by Jus Enuff Concessions and Kaye’s Pints & Scoops.

D'Monet is a singer/songwriter, arranger and vocal coach from Memphis, TN. She soaks inspiration from artists such as Anita Baker, Oleta Adams, Rachelle Ferrell, Luther Vandross, Stevie Wonder, Lalah Hathaway, and Mint Condition, just to name a few.
The music D’Monet writes, she calls “Alkaline Music” - music that heals. Her intention is to connect with her audience, giving them the space to heal, laugh, enjoy themselves and be free in that moment. She writes music based on real life experiences, with a little mix of creativity in her songs.
