Description
Create your own beautiful coastal-inspired mirror using natural seashells! In this fun, hands-on, 3-hour workshop, students will transform a simple mirror into a stunning, one-of-a-kind piece of coastal décor that brings the beauty of the beach into their home.
Students will learn how to select, arrange, and layer a variety of seashells to create texture, balance, and dimension. Step-by-step instruction will guide students through designing their mirror, securely attaching their shells, and adding the finishing touches. With plenty of creative freedom, each student can design a mirror that reflects their own personal style.
Whether you prefer a natural, beachy look or a more decorative coastal design, your finished mirror will make a beautiful addition to your home or a thoughtful handmade gift.
No previous experience is necessary. All materials and tools are provided. Each student will leave with a completed, personalized shell mirror ready to display and enjoy!
Instructor
Alba McMillan holds a Bachelor of Arts and has called Corpus Christi home for the past six years. Her love for the Coastal Bend inspires her to turn the beauty of our surroundings into coastal décor—whether it’s something you wear, display in your home, or create as a special gift. She enjoys sharing that coastal inspiration while encouraging others to have fun, get creative, and make something uniquely their own.
