Join us on this beginner-friendly fly-fishing meetup in partnership with Wasatch Women's Fly Fishing Club on the Provo River.

Come and practice the skills you learned at our fly tying or casting event, or simply join us for a community-focused meetup. Not sure if you have the skills yet? Don't worry! We will have experienced fishers joining us to help and mentor you throughout the day. We welcome all women, non-binary, and trans folks to join us! All ages welcome.

The meetup will be held rain or shine (though, of course, we are hoping for good weather)! Please bring everything that you need to be comfortable for the 4-hour duration of the event. Potential gear: rod/reel (if you have one), a camp chair if you want to sit, rain gear and layers for cold weather, and sunglasses/sunscreen/hat/sun hoodie for hot weather.
SheJumps will have a canopy and some camp chairs. We will also have a cooler with water and some snacks and energy chews provided by Gu.
Our partner, Han's Kombucha, will be serving up cold booch and good vibes!

Gear is required for this event. We strongly encourage you to bring your own gear or rent. You may rent through the link listed below:

Please email Sierra at if you need a loaner rod/reel provided for you. We have a limited supply, so these loaners are first-come, first-served.
A fishing license is also required. There is a 3-day license option if you want to get a permit just for the event - the three day license for UT residents is $19. Link to purchase a license: https://wildlife.utah.gov/licenses.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund on the ticket price. Optional donations made during registration will not be refunded.
- Cancellations made within 3-6 days in advance of the event date will receive a 50% refund. Optional donations made during registration will not be refunded.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the event, as this does not give us adequate time to fill the spot.
