S.H.E. Squared presents "SHE Moves!" A community dance workshop paired with a mini nutrition class designed to encourage young girls to stay active and make healthier food choices. We are in the fight to combat childhood obesity and we encourage you to regsiter your child today!

This event is free and open to the public with limited registration capacity. This event is designed for young girls ages 9-12 and pre-registration is required.

The event will include a small nutrition workshop and an exciting dance workshop hosted by the Texas Southern University Tigress Sensation dance team. Healthy snacks and water will be provided.
