This event brings together three Hawke’s Bay women who will share practical insights and real-world experiences of doing things differently. From developing new ideas and changing business models, to improving processes and leading change, the session explores what it takes to question the status quo and build something better.
Each speaker brings a different perspective on disruption. You’ll hear honest stories about recognising an opportunity, backing an idea, navigating uncertainty and resistance, and balancing innovation with commercial reality.
The session will explore the decisions, doubts, adjustments and lessons behind change — including what worked, what didn’t, and what the speakers learned along the way. The focus is on practical experiences and insights that you can take into your own work and leadership.
