Sophia is a nutrition and health coach and the founder of Rooted & Nourished, a practice dedicated to helping people understand how to nourish their bodies so they can thrive and feel their best. Her approach combines evidence-based nutrition with personalized support to help people build a healthier relationship with their everyday habits and well-being.
