About this Event
As we approach Spring’s renewal, we find ourselves in a liminal space, one of shedding, clearing, and making room for what’s next.
The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance between light and dark, a powerful threshold where we release the old and intentionally plant seeds for the future.
Join Erin and Chanti for an evening of ritual, reflection, and embodied release. Through the symbolic act of plate breaking, you’ll intentionally shatter old patterns, limiting beliefs, and inner narratives that no longer align with who you are becoming.
With the energy of spring, this is a powerful moment to clear space, both physically and energetically, for what’s ahead.
Together, we’ll:
- Ground into the body and arrive in shared community
- Reflect on what you’re ready to leave behind and what you want to call in
- Develop intentions for planting seeds of what you want to grow
- Intentionally break plates as a somatic release and energetic reset
- Engage in gentle integration and reflection, allowing the body to anchor what’s shifted
Spring is about planting seeds for growth. This ritual is an opportunity to clear what’s been weighing you down so you can move forward with clarity, intention, and momentum.
Come exactly as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and more rooted in what you’re cultivating this year.
✨ Space is intentionally limited so every participant can be fully supported. Reserve your ticket now before we fill.
