About this Event

Turning the Tide Accelerator Workshop

The Turning the Tide Accelerator Workshop is a 3-hour, in-person experience designed exclusively for Turning the Tide hospital teams. Held the afternoon before CPCQC’s Annual Forum on April 28th at History Colorado, this workshop is intentionally scheduled to support both local and out-of-town attendees by maximizing the value of being together in person.

Using a Breakthrough Series–inspired approach, hospital champions will step away from day-to-day operations for dedicated planning, learning, and implementation design. Teams will work alongside peers and CPCQC faculty to map workflows, identify barriers, and develop clear, actionable plans, setting them up for success across the remainder of the two-year cohort.

Arrive early. Leave aligned.

The workshop is hosted in St Joes's Russel Pavilion. Detailed directions and agenda will be sent ahead of the date.
