💕 SHARE THE LOVE FOR CARLY 💕Join us at KAIA FIT West Reno for a special morning of movement, mindfulness, and community as we come together to support our friend and fellow Kaia Girl, Carly, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.
Carly is a valued part of our Kaia family, and now it’s our turn to show up for her! We’re hosting two special Share the Love classes to help raise funds for her medical expenses and treatment journey.

💪 10:00–11:00 AM | Pilates + Plates
A full-body workout combining mat Pilates and strength training! Expect core work, controlled movements, and lifting, with modifications for all fitness levels.

Slow down, breathe, and reset with a peaceful guided meditation focused on mindfulness, relaxation, and positive intentions.

💕 ATTEND ONE CLASS OR BOTH!
Both classes are completely FREE and open to EVERYONE — men, women, and children! You do not need to be a KAIA FIT member to participate.
While there is no cost to attend, we are encouraging a suggested donation of $40 to help support Carly during this challenging time. Donations of ANY amount are welcome and deeply appreciated. No donation is required to participate.
