A safely held space in which to release, receive and integrate, through dance, drumming, music and sound.About this Event
Shapeshifter Trance Dance
We begin by opening a ceremonial space and setting our intentions.
The playlist is carefully curated to guide you on a journey of discovery - beginning deep inside to release, and ending in the heart-space to receive. Each person is on their own journey during the dance we don't interact with each other.
"Jinty held a beautiful safe space, she curated a fantastic playlist, which led us through a healing journey, allowing me to release into a deep feeling of peace. Highly recommended"
Please note this is a sober space and not suitable for under 18s.
