Shamanic Trance Dance is a powerful, embodied journey that invites you to move beyond the thinking mind and into direct experience - through movement, breath, music, intention, and inner listening.
Dancing blindfolded, you are invited to turn your attention inward and let the body become your guide. There is nothing to perform and no particular way you need to dance. Instead, you are encouraged to follow your own rhythm, listen to what arises, and allow the journey to unfold.
The journey begins with intuition - listening beneath the noise and reconnecting with your deeper knowing.
It continues with intention - bringing conscious awareness to what you wish to explore, release, discover, embody or call into your life.
And then comes initiation - moving with what you have encountered, allowing insight to become embodied experience and opening to a different way of meeting yourself and your life.
This is the essence of Your Compass Within:
Not looking outside yourself for every answer, but learning to listen, choose and move from within.
The Journey
Shamanic Trance Dance draws on shamanic principles and combines:

🔥 The inward journey of dancing blindfolded
A safe and held space for exploration and embodiment.
The blindfold is an invitation to temporarily turn away from the visual world and toward your inner landscape - the body, breath, senses, imagination and deeper awareness.
You may encounter energy, emotion, images, memories, sensations or simply moments of deep presence. There is no particular experience you are supposed to have.
Your journey is your own.
It is a Journey, Not a Performance
You don't need to know how to dance.
You don't need previous experience with shamanic practices.
And you don't need to arrive with a specific answer.
Come as you are.
Bring a question, an intention, a feeling - or simply curiosity.
Allow yourself to listen.
Allow yourself to move.
Allow yourself to discover what your own inner compass has to show you.

I am honoured to invite you into Your Compass Within - a space devoted to embodiment, inner exploration, empowerment and wellbeing.
The journey is guided by Oz Golabry, Shamanic Trance Dance Guide & Guardian, Shamanic Soul & Energy Healer, and practitioner with a background in energy work, Qigong, meditation, coaching and group facilitation.

Please Note:
Shamanic Trance Dance can be an intense physical and emotional experience. Participation is not recommended for people with epilepsy, significant cardiovascular conditions, during the first trimester of pregnancy, or with a history of severe psychotic disorders.
