These journeys allow for direct communication with the spirits of plants, animals, and the elements by using visualization to enter natural landscapes.

- Guided Meditation: Setting intentions to seek guidance from nature and within.
- Chanting and Song: Using ancient sounds to connect with the energetic frequencies of nature.
- Nature Communication: Sensing and listening to the messages of the natural world.
These sessions focus on "remembering" our innate connection to the Earth and moving beyond conventional thought into direct, experiential knowing.
