A gentle, meditative sound journey with Himalayan singing bowls, frame drum & bells with Jeremy Ondo. No experience needed.About this Event
Shamanic Sound Journey with Jeremy Ondo
Jeremy's sessions are gentle, spacious, and deeply meditative. Using ancient Himalayan singing bowls, frame drum, bells, Sanskrit mantra, and long moments of silence, he creates a quiet space where your body can truly rest. The sounds unfold slowly through simple, repeating patterns, giving your mind nothing to chase and nowhere to be.
Many people lose track of time. Some simply fall asleep.
No experience is needed. Just come, lie down, and receive the healing vibration from Jeremy's ancient instruments.
