Come along and connect to the beat of the Shamanic drum and experience a deeply relaxing and healing experience. Allow the vibration of drumming to take you deeper into yourself where you can let go and access guidance and receive information to help you on your path. This ancient way of immersing yourself in this way has been part of indigenous cultures for ever and is just as powerful and relevant today in our modern society. It requires no previous experience and takes part in a friendly and relaxed environment in the the very lovely Nine Springs Health Clinic, Yeovil. Please bring a mat or blanket plus a cushion to make yourself comfortable for either laying or sitting down.If you have your own drum feel free to bring it along (there will be drums to borrow) and we can maybe create some sounds together.
