Shamanic Drum Trance Journey with Sand | 3sticks 2spirit shamanIn a Shamanic Drum Trance Journey, the steady pulse of the drum carries you into an altered state where your guides, your ancestors, and your own deep wisdom become accessible. This is not meditation. This is an active journey into the spirit realm, guided by thousands of years of ancestral practice.
You'll be led through grounding, intention-setting, and a fully guided drum trance — then gently brought back with time for integration, journaling and discussion.
No experience necessary. Your guides are waiting.
