A night of live music at Cumbernauld's British Legion on Saturday 31st October.
Shake The Social #1 is the continuation of local charity MugStock's world tour of Cumbernauld venues, following Shake The Shack, Shake The Burroughs and Shake The Social.
This one is a Halloween special. Prize for the most inventive costume - show us what you've got!
Full lineup to be announced, but already confirmed are Big Ted's Party and Melatonin.
Shake The Legion is a fundraiser for The MugShack. Since 2020 the charity MugStock have fundraised and invested in transforming Cumbernauld's old town hall into a community and live music venue. We're so very close and are now fundraising for the final fire compliance works which will allow us to operate as a 300 capacity live music venue.
- Big Ted's Party are a true icon of the Scottish music scene, with over 30 years experience as a blues and boogie band. Expect nods to glam rock and a captivating stage presence from these certified local legends.
- Melatonin. The MugShack’s resident youth band formed at TRASH Music Projects, playing a selection of timeless and modern rock classics with conviction and constantly developing musicianship. They’ll be on first and so deserve a great audience, so come down for doors at 6:45pm and support the next generation of musical talent.
