Join us for an easy-paced shakeout run before the Pasta Feed! A shakeout run is a light, relaxed jog the day before a race to loosen up your legs, calm pre-race nerves, and get you ready for race day. Run will be with the Scottsbluff Cross Country Team and runners will meet at Five Rocks before embarking on the run. All are welcome!
