So excited to come together on Sunday 8 November and Sunday 6 December at The Place dance studio in Kings Cross, London to shake👏 it👏off 👏
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Truly anyone and everyone - this is not about your level of expertise, your age, your background or whether you have ‘rhythm’ (two left feet are very welcome)! This is about getting a group of amazing and diverse people together in person to dance to soul-filled music in a magical space. To celebrate the joy of movement! If you are a TS fan, sing your heart out 🎶
If you‘re not a 'Swiftie' or don’t know the words, it doesn’t matter (you will still feel the joy) 💖
FORMAT / STYLE
The 1.5 hour dance session is a zumba inspired dance style format - all TS songs with simple repetitive moves to the beat including fun dance moves from the ERAS tour & LOAS music videos, Tay Story & now The Encore 🧡✨🤠
I will stop between songs to show you certain moves so you can feel more confident & make the whole place shimmer 💎
A few moves will have different levels so you can choose the level that is best appropriate for you / what feels good. And if anything, just move side to side to your own rhythm - no one is judging you here 💃
Take water breaks anytime or pause as you need - listen to your own body.
All movements are safe - that is my priority as a qualified exercise to movement instructor.
