Hello everyone! 🍂✨I’m so excited to be bringing another Ecstatic Dance to Shaftesbury this November! 🤎
Join us on Friday 27th November for Fall & Flow - an Autumn Ecstatic Dance. An evening of cacao, soulful music, free movement and connection, with the wonderful Sea Gypsee returning as our DJ and facilitator! 🎶
We’ll begin by gathering in a circle for a beautiful cacao ceremony and guided meditation, creating space to slow down, connect with ourselves and set an intention for the evening. From there, we’ll move into our ecstatic dance journey - a chance to move freely, release what we’ve been holding and simply enjoy being in the moment. 🌿
No dance experience is needed, and there’s no right or wrong way to dance. Just come as you are and move in whatever way feels good for you. Whether you come to dance, unwind, meet new people, reconnect with yourself or simply try something a little different, you are so welcome. 🤎
It would be so lovely to bring our local community together again for another evening of music, movement and connection. ✨
