� 🕯️ SHADOWS OF DEATH
A psychological journey into the shadow, fear and the unknown.
There is a place within us where light and darkness meet.
A place where the fears we have buried, the shadows we have rejected, and the parts of ourselves we have never dared to face begin to speak.
On this day, we will turn toward the shadow—as a part of the psyche asking to be seen, felt and understood.
What if, beneath all our fears, there is one ancient fear—the fear of death?
Through psychological and psychotherapeutic processes, bodywork, movement, breath, voice and ritual, we will enter the deeper layers of our unconscious.
We will approach the veil between what we know and what remains hidden.
We will explore the fear of death, the fear of losing control, the fear of surrender, and the fear of meeting ourselves without the protection of our familiar identities.
This is an invitation to step beyond the known.
To allow the body to speak.
To give voice to what has remained unspoken.
To meet the shadow not as an enemy, but as a doorway into a deeper awareness of life.
And perhaps, by touching what we fear most, we may discover a different relationship with being alive.
